What is meant by “organic listing?”

Generating traffic using Google AdWords
When you search in Google, the pages on the right of the screen are paying for those positions. You can do this yourself with your site, just bid on the keywords people use to find what you have to sell. Write your ad, and when people search for your keywords and clicks your ad, you will pay for the click and get traffic.
Though it’s the simplest method to generate traffic, AdWords gets expensive in a hurry. If you’re bidding on competitive keywords, you’re going to pay more money. It can be something of a guessing game, unless you have done proper Google keyword research using some keyword tools.
